Horrible experience. I bought a few jewelry items and the pictures shown on the website did not match the actual earrings once I received them. They did not provide the size of the earrings at all and they deceive customers by showing a much different size on the model. It’s been disappointing and tried to get a refund but they say it’s nonrefundable since I purchased them during their promotion. This is a total deception and customer service is not helpful at all. I will never purchase on their store online or in person ever again. Please beware!

I ordered online and they mention the good was out of delivery, but ups said they never received the drop of from tous. I can’t file claim to UPS because they didn’t receive anything from tous to shop to me. And tous side I can’t reach to customer service. No phone picked no email respond. This place is a scam, avoid shopping from Tous

I ordered the 14k gold hold necklace with 47/100" ring. The price was $510 which means it should be 14k solid gold. They also sell a gold plated one for much cheaper, which looks like is what I received. It's a scam. The chain is so thin that it knots up very easily. It's brassy looking. Don't buy anything online from them.

Even 1 star is too much for them,bad quality products,they fooled me in tous Riyadh I bought golden earrings which i asked the employees there that i want real gold one not plated and she gave my one with diamonds i payed 1000$ for them after 6 months I noticed imy ears get itchy when i put them on then I took them off I found color change that’s why it causes allergy because it’s not real gold it looks like copper now,this is called cheating,this is the worst company ever.

Their website is an absolute nightmare. Horrible quality of pictures, you never can find any additional pictures online, and navigating the website is just horrendous. Won't even adapt to mobile viewing. Negative one million for their website. They need to hire people to fix it and make it more user friendly.

I have been a Tous’s client for many years; and now my question: what happening with Tous ? What about the bad taste for the last collection and “ new” watches?? Please get back to original and stop following the “new tendency “same to the other brands used to be good now neither good anymore . Very disappointed.

Worst business I have ever dealt with. I have yet to receive any information about my order place over a month ago. I have called 3 times to find out what is going on and their only response is "We will send an email to the warehouse. We don't have any other information. In addition to that, I requested just to cancel my order and they give me some excuse that they cannot cancel orders in the months of November and December. Essentially, this company is a huge scam that just takes your money, doesnt deliver a product and wont give you a refund/cancellation. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
